Terms of Service

These terms define how you may access and use the Flex platform, our services, and the creative work we publish. By accessing flex.com.ph, you agree to these terms.

Effective date: February 23, 2026

Acceptance of terms

Your access to the Flex platform (flex.com.ph) and any associated services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

What Flex provides

Flex Philippines is a modern engineering house that provides the following through its platform:

  • → Web Development Partnerships — Custom-engineered, high-performance web applications built on modern cloud infrastructure for businesses and visionaries.
  • → Prototype Showroom — A curated gallery of interactive design prototypes demonstrating our engineering capabilities and design systems.
  • → Articles & Insights — Original editorial content covering technology, engineering practices, and industry analysis.
  • → Flex Studio — An interactive design tool and creative experience for exploring layout compositions.
  • → Contact & Inquiry System — A secure communication channel for project inquiries and partnership discussions.

Intellectual property

All content on the Flex platform is the intellectual property of Flex Philippines unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • → Prototypes & Showroom — Every prototype is an original creative work. All design elements, interaction patterns, layout compositions, animation sequences, and underlying code architecture are proprietary. Copying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any prototype is strictly prohibited.
  • → Articles & Written Content — All articles, insights, and editorial content are original works authored by Flex. Reproduction requires attribution and prior written consent.
  • → Brand & Design System — Flex trademarks, logos, iconography, the "Glass-to-Edge" design language, and unique interface components may not be used without written permission.
  • → Source Code — The source code, build systems, and engineering methodologies powering the Flex platform are proprietary and protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A. 8293).

Acceptable use

When accessing the Flex platform, you agree to the following:

  • → Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content, designs, or source code from the platform without written authorization.
  • → Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to reconstruct the design systems, interaction patterns, or code architecture of any prototype or page.
  • → Do not use AI models, browser automation, or headless browsers to systematically download or replicate Flex content for training datasets or derivative works.
  • → Do not transmit malicious code, attempt to probe or exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's operation or security systems.
  • → Do not submit false, misleading, or spam content through the contact form or any communication channel.

User submissions

When you submit information through the contact form or other communication channels, you grant Flex the right to use that information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and evaluating potential partnerships. We do not claim ownership of your submissions, and we do not use contact form data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

The Flex platform integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:

  • → Cloudflare — Content delivery, edge computing, security, DNS, and web analytics.
  • → hCaptcha — Bot protection and human verification on the contact form.
  • → Meta (Facebook) — Pixel tracking for conversion analytics on select pages.

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Flex is not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.

Progressive Web App features

Flex operates as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and may utilize your browser's local storage, session storage, and Service Worker cache to improve performance and enable offline functionality. Installing the PWA is optional and does not grant Flex additional access to your device beyond standard web browser capabilities.

Service availability

We engineer for high availability and deploy on globally distributed infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary disruption. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Flex services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Flex Philippines is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content published on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Intellectual Property Code (R.A. 8293) and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
