The shortlist arrives vetted.
The hire is still yours.
One brief starts a fresh search. Everyone you meet has already cleared our exam, our identity check, and our own interview, and the shortlist lands in 7 to 10 days. You choose the person, and you choose the model behind them: on our payroll with Flex, or on yours with FlexDirect.
Both doors open onto the same vetted shortlist. This table is the whole difference between them.
- The employment
- Flex: Stays with Flex in the Philippines.
- FlexDirect: Yours, from the first day.
- Payroll, HR, compliance
- Flex: All handled by us.
- FlexDirect: Run inside your company.
- How you pay
- Flex: One flat monthly rate you set.
- FlexDirect: A single fee when you hire.
- If it stops working
- Flex: Free replacement, no time limit.
- FlexDirect: One free replacement search inside 90 days.
- Built for
- Flex: A seat that runs as part of your team.
- FlexDirect: A permanent hire you own outright.
Every name we send arrives with the same things already settled. This is the summary attached to it.
The name and the photograph are withheld here. We do not publish applicants, so they arrive with your shortlist once you have asked for one.
- Identity
- A government ID, checked against a live selfie, before the name ever reaches you.
- Replaces: A name taken on trust.
- Assessment
- A written assessment built for the role they applied to, sat under time, and graded on the work itself.
- Replaces: A keyword scan of a CV.
- English
- Judged from what they actually wrote during that assessment.
- Replaces: A self-rating on a scale.
- Interview
- A conversation with our team, held before any client sees the name.
- Replaces: A profile nobody has spoken to.
- Hours
- Checked against the schedule your role needs, before we shortlist.
- Replaces: Finding out after the offer.
You chose the person yourself, so this rarely comes up. When it does, what happens next depends on the door you hired through. Both answers are here, side by side, so there is nothing to discover later.
On Flex: no fee, and no deadline
We run the search again and place the replacement at no charge to you. There is no cutoff date on this. The guarantee holds for as long as the placement itself runs.
On FlexDirect: 90 days
If the hire does not work out inside the first 90 days, we run one replacement search at no charge. After that window, they are your employee the way any hire is.
Either way, you choose again
The replacement arrives with the same candidate summary as the first person, and you interview them the same way.
The whole arrangement, stated before anyone asks you to commit to it.
The engagement
Full-time embedded in your team, or part-time where the role genuinely fits it. They work inside your own tools and processes from the first day.
The employer on record
On the Flex model: Flex. The contract, the payroll, and the local compliance sit with us in the Philippines, and you always know who answers for the placement. On FlexDirect, the employer is you, from the first day.
Markets and hours
We serve companies worldwide, working mainly with the US, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. You tell us the engagement in your brief, full-time or part-time, and we only shortlist people who already work the hours your role needs.
The money
One flat monthly figure per seat on Flex, set by you. One single success fee on FlexDirect. The floor, the published breakdowns, and the fee ladder are written out with real numbers on the pricing page.
See the pricingWe would rather lose the brief than place badly. So here is where we are a poor fit, said before you spend an hour on us.
This works when
- You are hiring a role that continues, not a task that ends.
- You want someone inside your team, on your tools, working your hours.
- You would rather meet three people worth your hour than fifty who are not.
- You want to choose where the employment sits: with us on Flex, or in your own company on FlexDirect.
Look elsewhere when
- You are shopping for the lowest hourly rate. We do not bid, and we will lose that comparison.
- You need someone for a few weeks. We place people into roles that carry on.
- You want to hand the work over and not manage anyone. You get a teammate you direct, not an agency that does the work for you.
- You would rather skip the interview. The last two gates are yours, and we do not choose for you.
