Hiring through Flex
Hiring through Flex
Pricing
You set the number the seat is worth, and that number becomes the invoice. One flat monthly figure, nothing stacked on top.
You set the number.
We work inside it.
Tell us the hourly rate or monthly compensation budget the role is worth to you. Rather than billing separate placement, recruitment, or ongoing management fees, Flex retains a small margin from the rate you set, and it covers our operations and talent management.
The vast majority of the rate goes to the person doing the work. It is one number because the work behind it is one job: we recruit, vet, employ, pay, and stand behind your talent.
This page prices both ways of hiring. Everything from here down to the closing statement is Flex, the monthly model. FlexDirect, the one-time fee for hires you employ yourself, has its own section: Jump to FlexDirect pricing
How a budgeted hourly rate is allocated between talent compensation and Flex operations. Three example offers, one rule.
The offer climbs. The split holds.
Monthly invoicing
One flat amount, in US dollars, on a monthly schedule. No line items you didn't agree to.
Initial advance payment
Your first invoice acts as a one-month advance covering your talent's compensation, so every placement starts on solid ground.
Automated payroll handling
Flex manages the payroll logistics directly. Your talent is paid on time, every time, without you touching it.
The full employee lifecycle. Every row is included, and none of them bill separately.
Recruitment & sourcing
Targeted outreach against your exact brief instead of a job-board dragnet.
Vetting & screening
Our two gates, every time: the application file, then the screening machine. The exam, our own interview, the identity check.
Payroll, handled
Flex employs your talent and runs payroll directly. Paid on time, every time.
HR & compliance
The employment relationship, the paperwork, and the local compliance in the Philippines all sit with us.
Replacement guarantee
If the match stops working, we run the search again. No fee, no time limit.
A person, not a queue
One point of contact who knows your account by name, not a ticket number.
Retention & welfare
We keep your talent engaged and looked after for the long run. A departure is handled like a bad match, not an emergency.
Traditional staffing agencies stack these on top of the rate. Flex eliminates them entirely.
We do not place below $5 an hour, for any role at any seniority. The floor moves for nobody, including us.
It is what keeps the bar honest. Fair pay is what attracts people who can clear four gates, and it is what keeps them in the seat long after the hire. Below that number the work turns cheap and messy, and cheap and messy is exactly what the gates exist to filter out.
If the floor reads as too much, Flex is the wrong call. We would rather this page told you than a shortlist you never wanted.
Published ranges for every lane are being set now. They will live here, floor to ceiling, the day they are final.
Until then, the fastest honest answer is a brief: name the role, and real numbers come back for it, usually the same day.
Ask with a brief"You set the budget, we recruit and manage the talent, handle payroll and HR, and we don't charge any placement or management fees. We simply retain a small portion of the rate you already budgeted."
Flex PH Management
The same search and the same vetting as the monthly model, with a different ending: you hire the person directly onto your own payroll, and Flex charges a single fee for the placement. The fee is a percentage of the agreed first-year base pay.
Success-only
The fee exists only when a hire happens. No retainer, no deposit, no monthly charge, and a search that ends without a hire costs you nothing at all.
When it invoices
The fee invoices when your offer is accepted. One invoice, one time, and that is the whole commercial relationship unless you open another search.
The floor
The ladder percentage or $2,500, whichever is greater. The floor exists because the search, the exam, the identity check, and our interview cost the same to run whatever the salary is.
Repeat hires
Later hires in the same year step down one band. A specialized role at twenty percent becomes fifteen on the next search.
The safeguard
If the hire does not work out inside the first 90 days, we run one replacement search at no charge.
What the fee covers
The same machinery the monthly model runs: the fresh search, the exam, the identity verification, our interview, and the shortlist with its scheduling links. After the hire, the employment is entirely yours.
The number is yours.
Test it with a brief.
No obligation. Cost attaches to a placement, never to a conversation. The FAQ covers the rest.
