Working through Flex
Working through Flex
How it works
The whole line from your application to your first day, step by step. Nothing here is hidden from you.
The same pipeline
we show the clients.
Before any client hears your name, you cross the same line every Flex candidate crosses: a real assessment built around your field, an identity check, and an interview with our team. We publish that pipeline to the companies hiring through us, and we publish it to you, in the same words. What they are promised about you is exactly what you will be asked to do.
Then the part that makes it worth it: when a client chooses you, Flex employs you. A real contract, our payroll, paid on time, working remotely with their team.
You apply
One form: your field, your experience, the work you want. The moment it lands, a receipt arrives in your email with a reference number you can follow up with.
A person reads it
A real person reviews every application against the roles clients are hiring for. No keyword filter makes the call.
Flexie examines you
Our AI examiner builds an assessment around your own field and runs the session live. No two applicants sit the same exam, so it measures how you think and work, not what you memorized.
You verify your identity
Our identity partner matches your face against your government ID and runs its own checks. It protects the client, and it protects your name from being used by someone who isn't you.
We interview you
A person on our team runs the interview and rates the fit. The bar is the one we use for Flex itself: anyone we would not hire, we do not place.
A client chooses you
When your profile fits a brief, you go on the client's shortlist. They interview you, they make the call, and we set that meeting up for you.
Your contract is with Flex
A real employment contract, in writing. Flex is your employer of record, not a platform passing money through.
Paid on payroll, on time
No invoices to chase, no waiting on a client's mood. Payroll runs on schedule because paying you is our obligation, not their favor.
The client side stays ours
Contracts, scope, the awkward conversations, the follow-up: Flex carries the client relationship so your workday is the work.
Who employs you, who finds the work, and what it costs you. The whole comparison sits one page over.
