It depends on the role, but most briefs get a first candidate in days, not weeks — because we're matching from a roster we've already vetted, not starting a search from scratch.

What if the match doesn't work out?

You tell us early and we make it right. We stay in the loop precisely so a bad fit gets caught before it becomes an expensive problem.

Do I have to commit before I see anyone?

No. Briefing us is a conversation, not a contract. Cost attaches to a placement, not to a chat.

For talent
Does it cost anything to join the roster?

No. Applying is free and being on the roster is free. We earn from successful matches, never from the people doing the work.

How does matching work?

You apply once with your lane and what you want. When a client brief fits your profile, we bring you in — no bidding wars, no cold applications.

What does Flex handle for me?

The client relationship, contracts, scope, and follow-up. You focus on the craft; we carry the parts you shouldn't have to.

Is Flex a job board?

No. A job board hands you strangers and wishes you luck. Flex does the matching, the vetting, and the follow-through — that's the whole point of a broker.

Can Flex build the whole platform instead?
